Supervising Pharmacist – Cork City
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervising Pharmacist to join our well-established pharmacy group in Cork City. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 36-hour workweek spread across 4 days. The pharmacy operates 6 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities
As a Supervising Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the local community to foster customer loyalty.
Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately in compliance with all regulations.
Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure optimal inventory management.
Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborating with the pharmacy owners to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets performance targets.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
You will work alongside a dedicated healthcare team committed to providing excellent patient care to the local community.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Hold a BSc (Pharm) or MPharm qualification.
Be registered as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Possess strong time management skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Dispensing medications and providing expert advice to patients.
Managing and mentoring pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations.
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels to meet patient needs.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards.
Building relationships with the local community to enhance the pharmacy’s reputation.
