Our client, an establishedIrish Medical Businessbased inLittle Island, is looking for anOffice Administratorto join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Patient administration and management support – scheduling patients and clinics.
* Meet and greet all office visitors, making a positive impression as the first point of contact.
* Customer-facing skills across phone and in-person are required.
* Answering phones, screening, and redirecting calls as necessary.
* Supporting managers with administrative tasks.
* General office support including filing and maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, and supply management.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years’ experience in a medical or healthcare-related background.
* Proficient in IT – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Patient Management Systems, Data Entry.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Positive attitude and takes ownership/initiative.
* Ability to maintain a high level of client service delivery.
* Excels in a fast-paced environment.
