Key Responsibilities: Patient administration and management support – scheduling patients and clinics.Meet and greet all office visitors, making a positive impression as the first point of contact.Customer-facing skills across phone and in-person are required.Answering phones, screening, and redirecting calls as necessary.Supporting managers with administrative tasks.General office support including filing and maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, and supply management.Ad-hoc duties as required.Requirements: 1-2 years' experience in a medical or healthcare-related background.Proficient in IT – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Patient Management Systems, Data Entry.Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.Positive attitude and takes ownership/initiative.Ability to maintain a high level of client service delivery.Excels in a fast-paced environment.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contactMegan O'Doherty. ****** 021-4911066
