Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of our Dynamics 365 transformation programme. You’ll be the strategic design authority, shaping a scalable, secure, and future-ready solution that connects Dynamics 365 with our wider ecosystem, including Snowflake, Genesys, and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities
* Lead the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise principles and seamless integration across data, security, and digital platforms.
* Chair the Technical Design Authority, guiding architecture decisions and balancing out-of-the-box functionality with business needs.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimise Dynamics 365 capabilities, ensuring robust integration, data migration, and security across multiple entities.
* Partner with Microsoft, Systems Integrators, and internal stakeholders to deliver a sustainable, future-ready architecture.
* Drive governance, mentor internal teams, and support capability building across the organisation.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes as an Enterprise Architect, ideally involving a Systems Integrator.
* Deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform, with strong integration, data, and security knowledge.
* Track record of delivering enterprise solutions that balance standard functionality with smart customisation and legacy simplification.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and manage complex technical relationships.
Profile
* 10+ years in enterprise architecture, including 5+ leading Dynamics 365 CRM transformations.
* Experience with enterprise-scale D365 implementations (preferably 3+ in financial services or insurance).
* Confident engaging with SIs and Microsoft on design, escalation, and roadmap discussions.
* Strong governance, leadership, and mentoring capability.
* Maximising out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 while integrating with Snowflake, Genesys, and legacy systems.
* Migrating data and interfaces from on-premise CRM.
* Unifying processes across legal entities and strengthening data governance.
* Delivering scalable digital capabilities in workforce management, telephony, and AI.
