We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to support our operations team in Cork. This role involves assisting with customer service operations, order management, and other tasks to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online helpdesk platform.
* Handle customer questions and concerns related to products and services.
* Support customers after purchase by resolving issues and answering product-related questions.
* Reply to customer reviews and feedback through our online feedback system.
* Assist the online team with content updates and website tasks during quieter times.
* Keep detailed records of order progress and stock levels.
* Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
* Prior experience in customer service or retail support is preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and eCommerce platforms would be beneficial.
* Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
* Ability to multitask across customer queries and sales.
