Project Site Lead - Commercial Fit Out
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Site Lead to manage the delivery of a high-end commercial fit-out project in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to take on a senior role and be part of a dynamic team.
The Role:
* Lead your site team from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Liaise with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers and professional staff, to report progress and ensure effective communication.
* Prepare detailed site reports, designs, and drawings to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Ensure all relevant health and safety protocols are adhered to, and that sites are maintained in accordance with best practices.
* Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
