We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established Dublin 2 law firm, who are seeking an
Employment Solicitor
to join their expanding Employment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a busy, supportive practice advising both commercial and private clients.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of employment law matters, combining advisory, contentious and client-facing work, with genuine responsibility from an early stage.

The Role
Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, policies and procedures, redundancies and unfair dismissals
Managing employment cases before the Workplace Relations Commission and the courts, including drafting complaints, pleadings and submissions
Liaising with counsel where required and progressing matters through to conclusion
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation and case law
Managing client relationships and delivering clear, practical advice
Working independently and collaboratively within the Employment team
Participating in business development and networking activities
The Person
Qualified solicitor with
1–2 years' post-qualification experience
in employment law
Strong drafting, advocacy and case management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Client-focused, empathetic and professional approach
Experience or interest in GDPR/data protection is desirable
