Job Title: Claims Relationship & Team Manager
Location: South Dublin (Hybrid)
Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Claims Relationship & Team Manager to join our client in South Dublin. This is a key leadership role within a large and established claims function, with a strong focus on broker and large commercial client relationships.
This position offers the opportunity to directly influence broker experience, drive positive change, and play a central role in shaping a new management position within the business.
Your Role
* Lead and develop a team of claims handlers, ensuring service delivery and performance standards are consistently met.
* Build and maintain strong broker and large commercial client relationships, with a focus on proactive engagement and improved communications.
* Contribute to enhancing broker service levels and strengthening the company's market reputation.
* Oversee MI reporting, ensuring insights are shared and acted upon, while challenging existing processes constructively.
* Play a key role in upcoming change initiatives, including the rollout of new claims systems and improved broker processes.
* Act as a visible and trusted point of contact for brokers and clients, representing the claims function at external meetings.
* Collaborate closely with senior management to drive operational improvements and deliver on strategic objectives.
Your Skills
* Proven experience in claims (damage or broader), ideally with exposure to both insurer and broker environments.
* Strong broker relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence effectively.
* Previous team management experience with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
* Comfortable with MI reporting, communications, and challenging processes constructively.
* CIP/MDI/ACII preferred.
* Strong change management mindset, with the ability to drive improvements for the right reasons.
