Recruitment is underway for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for implementing quality plans and overseeing quality inspections in a construction setting.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop project-specific Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Conduct regular site quality audits, providing constructive feedback to project teams to enhance overall performance.
* Support BCAR inspections, documentation, and certification processes by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
* Manage non-conformance reports, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate records.
* Promote quality-focused best practices across projects through regular toolbox talks, workshops, and refresher sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
* A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role within construction.
* Strong knowledge of BCAR, quality systems, and site compliance is essential, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
