Job Description
* Conducts design and development to build and optimize AI software.
* Designs, develops, and optimizes AI frameworks like OpenVINO, and contributes to external frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
* Implements distributed algorithms including model/data parallel frameworks, parameter servers, and dataflow-based asynchronous data communication in machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
* Transforms neural network computational graph representations and develops machine learning/deep learning primitives in mathematical libraries.
* Profiles distributed deep learning models to identify performance bottlenecks and proposes solutions across teams.
* Optimizes code for various hardware backends and collaborates with researchers in machine learning and deep learning.
Additional Responsibilities
* Designs and develops LLVM IR transformation passes to optimize deep learning primitives for AI frameworks targeting Intel accelerators.
* Profiles models to identify bottlenecks and collaborates on solutions.
* Optimizes code for different hardware backends and interacts with researchers.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
* Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
* 3-5 years experience with compiler frameworks and IR optimizations in C/C++
* Experience developing LLVM transformation passes
* Understanding of graph algorithms
* Knowledge of machine learning frameworks is a plus
* Strong software engineering skills, including CI, code reviews, testing
