Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fishmonger to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional products and services to our customers, while representing the company as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure accurate de-scaling and removal of bones, gutting, cleaning and filleting fish using cutlery and powered equipment.
* Portion and prepare fish & seafood, ensuring the availability of quality products.
* Demonstrate energy and passion for every sale, exploring opportunities to satisfy customers.
About You
We require candidates with previous experience working in fast-paced sales environments or kitchens. Ideal candidates will have excellent merchandising skills, leadership abilities, an energetic personality when interacting with customers,
as well as great communication skills to effectively communicate product information.
