Location: Dublin
On Offer:- €100K to €125K total package
A highly experienced
Project Engineer / Project Coordinator
is required to join one of Dublin busiest developers.
The projects:
The successful engineer will be working on mixed use use projects - Hotels/ Apartments / Student accommodation .
The Engineer:
The successful engineer will be an experienced individual that has previous experience working:-
1. Programme Management
2. Construction Team and Subcontractor Management
3. Health and Safety Management
4. Logistics, Plant and Resources Management
5. Leadership
6. QA-QC procedures
7. Progress Reporting/Update
8. Trouble Shooting
Education / Experience:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience with Irish or UK experience
* Operational knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations
* Excellent communication and planning skills
* IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and AutoCAD
* Degree is Civil Engineering or Construction Management
