Job Overview:
The Quality Control Laboratory Manager oversees the laboratory's operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and meeting production goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage quality control activities and documentation
* Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions
* Support audits and monitor laboratory trends
* Plan testing schedules for raw materials, in-process samples, finished goods, pilot batches, and validation studies
* Verify data integrity and accuracy
* Oversee stability testing and communicate with stakeholders as needed
* Coordinate analytical testing for new products
* Lead and develop the QC team to achieve output goals
* Maintain a safe working environment and comply with health and safety protocols

Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a senior QC or management role
