Lead Risk Strategist
This role leads the development and implementation of quality and risk management systems to ensure compliance, accreditation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage policies and legal registers to ensure current and compliant documentation, effectively communicated and deployed throughout the organisation.
* Establish and coordinate governance structures, including committees and reporting frameworks, to drive quality and risk initiatives.
* Design and oversee audit programmes to complete assigned audits, record findings in a centralized system, and implement resulting actions, with regular updates to leadership teams.
