Social Media Marketing Executive (Part-Time)
Location: Ardee, Co. Louth
Salary: €30,000-33,000 pro rata
Hours: 20 hours (part-time)
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
Analyse email performance metrics and optimise campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Segment email lists based on customer behaviour and preferences to deliver personalised content.
Social Media Marketing:
Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Create a comprehensive Advertising campaign for all social media platforms.
Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos that align with our brand voice and mission.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximise engagement and reach.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Develop collaborations with micro influences to increase our brand awareness and sales.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing campaigns.
Performance and Target Management:
Monitor and achieve specific marketing targets and KPIs.
Regularly report on campaign performance and progress towards targets.
Implement strategies to meet or exceed marketing goals.
Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing and social media.
A keen interest in skincare and beauty products is a plus.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klavio).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
