Responsibilities
Oversee HSE compliance for all CSA activities including civil works, structural steel, concrete, and architectural finishes.
Identify and mitigate high-risk activities during excavation, foundation, structural erection, and fit-out phases.
Develop and implement robust safety strategies tailored to CSA scope within a hyperscale data center environment.
Conduct independent audits and inspections of CSA works, ensuring adherence to ISO standards (ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO *****).
Collaborate with contractors and project teams to enforce best-in-class safety practices.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective/preventive measures are implemented effectively.
Act as a visible safety leader onsite, promoting a proactive safety culture among all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in HSE supervision for civil and structural works on large-scale projects, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities.
Strong understanding of CSA construction methodologies and associated safety risks.
Familiarity with international safety standards and local regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
