Lynx Transport & Logistics are expanding the team and are looking for experienced Transport Planner. You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of deliveries in the West of Ireland.Key responsibilities will include:Plan and manage daily transport routes for a fleet of 30+ vehiclesResponsible for delivering on service levels to the agreed KPI targets, while working pro-actively to reduce missed or late deliveriesEnsure compliance with driver hours and WTD regulationsThe successful candidate must have:Excellent organisation skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Transport planning experience in a similar environment, with responsibility for routing, route optimisation and Transport complianceGood IT SkillsGeographical Knowledge of Galway and the surrounding areas.A drive to be proactive.
