Job Title: Quality Technician
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Quality Technician within our quality department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all quality requirements and standards are met, and they will work closely with other departments to achieve this goal.

Responsibilities
1. Ensure quality requirements and standards are met in manufacturing departments.
2. Investigate quality/production issues and take corrective action as necessary.
3. Develop, optimize systems and equipment to meet quality and manufacturing processes.
4. Assist in setting up and executing alignment, measurement and inspection within steel fabrication departments.
5. Develop and maintain systems and records of control processes.
Requirements and Experience
* Hold at least level 2 (ISO 9712) UT and MPI certification.
* Have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of mechanical engineering is advantageous.
* Experience in a heavy steel construction environment is desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Packages: Word, Access, Powerpoint, Excel.
