Based in Dublin, you will work closely with our Partner and specialist teams. With more than 30 locations, Ifac has recently acquired leading Dublin firm Friel Stafford located in Fitzwilliam Place Dublin 2, where our Corporate Finance Executive will be based.
Responsibilities
* Participate in all phases of projects, including research, analysis and developing insights that address significant client issues related to growth and M&A strategies.
* Client pitch preparation including purchaser research, recent transaction research, financial analysis, and key recommendations.
* Assist senior team members with all aspects of the corporate finance advisory process, including (but not limited to):
* Company Valuation Services: attending client meetings, completing valuation diagnostic checklists, undertaking valuation research and financial analysis, and related research.
* M&A work: attending potential client pitches, taking minutes, data room management, information memorandum and teaser preparation, potential purchaser research, contacting potential purchasers, recording results on the practice CRM system, sending/receiving NDAs, arranging and attending purchaser/client meetings, coordinating due diligence and liaising with all parties throughout the process.
You will be
* ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a minimum of three years’ experience working in a Public Practice environment.
* Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and teams.
* Commercial awareness and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
* A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
