Job Overview
The Construction Director will oversee the delivery of our major construction projects across Europe.
* Working closely with senior management, they will be responsible for project scope, health and safety, quality, timeline, and budget.
* They will manage relationships with contractors, utility companies, joint venture partners, design consultants, and equipment vendors to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. They will also possess 15+ years of relevant pre-construction or construction experience, specifically in industrial or commercial construction projects.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
