A leading Property developer is seeking an Investment Manager to support the growth of its strategic pipeline across Ireland.
The role will focus on identifying, evaluating and securing investing opportunities, managing the process from initial sourcing through acquisition and early-stage development, working closely with internal investment, planning, technical and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Source and assess new land opportunities, including off-market and strategic sites
Undertake feasibility analysis, site appraisals and market research
Lead negotiations on land acquisitions, options and contracts
Coordinate planning, technical, environmental and legal due diligence
Prepare acquisition papers and investment recommendations
Manage stakeholder engagement with landowners, agents and local authorities
Support the transition from acquisition into the development phase
Candidate Profile
5+ years’ experience in land acquisition, development or real estate investment
Strong understanding of Irish planning, zoning and development processes
Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capability
Commercially minded, with experience assessing risk and preparing investment cases
Degree in property, planning, real estate or a related discipline preferred
Chartered Surveyor (RICS etc.) beneficial
