Senior Behaviour Therapist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Behaviour Therapist to join our Behaviour Support team.
About the Role
This permanent, full-time position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of Multi-Element Behaviour Support at an individual and organisational level.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement behaviour support plans using the Multi-Element Behaviour Support model
* Provide staff training and education on behaviour support best practices
* Collaborate with families to ensure effective behaviour support
Requirements
* Relevant QQI level 8 or higher qualification in a health services area (e.g Psychology, RNID Nursing, Occupational Therapy)
* Level 9 Masters qualification in applied behaviour analysis
* Five years' experience working with people with intellectual disability and behaviour support needs
* Minimum three years post qualification experience developing and implementing behaviour support plans
* Registration with a relevant professional body in Ireland
* Fully qualified driver's licence
