About the Role
Padel Tennis Ireland is opening its second facility in Limerick in Q2 this year — This will be the largest purpose-built padel tennis facility in Ireland.
We are seeking a Padel Venue Experience Manager to become the face and operational lead of this
exciting new venue. This is a hands-on, front-of-house leadership role for someone who thrives in
sport, hospitality, and community-driven environments. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while driving commercial performance across bookings, events, retail, and programming.
Key Responsibilities
* Facility Management
• Oversee daily operations of the venue
• Ensure courts, amenities, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards
• Liaise with maintenance suppliers and contractors
• Uphold health & safety standards
* Booking Management
• Manage all court bookings (individual & group)
• Coordinate and grow corporate bookings
• Optimise scheduling to maximise utilisation
• Deliver exceptional customer communication and service
* Corporate Events & Partnerships
• Lead the organisation of corporate events and private hire
• Build relationships with local businesses and organisations
• Support large-scale events (e.g., national tournaments or major competitions)
* Tournaments & Programming
• Plan and execute tournaments and leagues
• Support showcase events and flagship competitions
• Deliver seamless event-day operations
* Pro Shop Management
• Manage stock control, merchandising, and supplier relationships
• Sales and upselling opportunities
• Ensure an engaging customer retail experience
* Padel Camps
• Manage the delivery of school holiday padel camps
• Coordinate coaches and daily schedules
• Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive experience for all participants
Working Hours
On-site: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
Flexibility required for major events (including occasional weekends). For example, if a large national event were hosted in Limerick, availability would be expected
