About The Role
We are looking for a Web Content Coordinator to join our growing Web team who areresponsible for running the websites.
This is a unique and challenging opportunity where the successful candidate will learn and work on the world class eCommerce platform, Hybris, experiencing a fully integrated web solution and getting exposure to our end-to-end web business processes from replenishment, stock management and fulfilment, promotion creation and management, content co-ordination, SEO and analytics, and customer service.
This role is located in our Head Office in Galway.
Responsibilities
Working within the Content Management team to manage, update and maintain web content on the UK and Irish websites
Collaborating with internal teams such as Buying, Marketing, and Design to ensure the efficient co-ordination of buying and marketing strategies for the websites
Maintaining and managing online promotions
Reviewing and maintaining stock and fulfilment processes for the websites
Monitoring and reporting on web analytics using Google Analytics
Maintain Search Engine Optimisation best practices for on-site web content
Maintaining third-party tool functionality, such as product reviews and product recommendations
Assisting our French and Central European web team colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
Experience in creating, organising and managing content for the web is an advantage but not required
Have an editorial mindset and great attention to detail
Excellent project management skills with an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
