We have partnered with a Renewable Developer experiencing exponential growth and hiring a Commercial Director to play a key role in delivering the company's ambitious strategy.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Contract negotiation on major capital investment projects
* Working alongside the senior management and legal team to bring projects to financial close
* Responsible for developing high level relationships and framework agreements with new & existing suppliers
* Manage senior client relationships once business is secured to ensure long term growth
* Conduct market analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities
* Strategic and commercial business planning
Requirements
o Proven experience (10+ yrs) within a senior level commercial role
o Strong negotiation and contract experience delivering complex, multi -party projects
o Proven experience managing relationships with key clients
o In -depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
o Commercial acumen partnered with a strategic mindset
o Knowledge/experience of financing and debt markets would be beneficia l
