Job Overview:
This position will serve as the Global Commerce Cloud Product Manager for the Henry Schein next generation e-commerce platform. The Global Product Manager will be responsible for the product vision, strategy and outcome-oriented roadmap, prioritizing product features and capabilities, and maintaining a healthy product backlog.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, define and prioritise the product backlog, feature prioritisation, enhancements, configurations, and roadmap development for an outstanding digital customer experience.
2. Lead business requirements gathering through discovery workshops, solutioning and demonstrations to drive collaboration.
3. Act as a bridge between business and IT technical teams ensuring optimal configuration to meet business objectives.
4. Define key metrics and collaborate across teams to achieve organizational goals.
5. Drive new product initiatives through collaboration with design, engineering, and marketing.
6. Define business cases and unite teams for cohesive product evolution.
7. Utilize data insights and market analysis to prioritize product initiatives.
8. Prepare executive updates on production metrics, new features, and financial forecasting.
9. Manage stakeholder communication for effective alignment and expectation management.
10. Monitor industry metrics, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities.
11. Ensure platform compliance with enterprise standards and strategic alignment.
12. Development of process and user documentation.
13. Lead the effort to drive platform adoption and understanding through training and support to end users, ensuring they can effectively use the platform to meet business goals.
Skills:
1. 5+ years of successful SAP Commerce Cloud product owner experience with proven results.
2. Strong e-commerce expertise, particularly with SAP Commerce Cloud.
3. Proficiency in product management strategy, optimization, and integration.
4. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
6. Proactive, adaptable, and experienced in global team dynamics.
7. Passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth.
Experience:
1. Strong background in e-commerce platforms, site requirements, and analytics.
2. Understanding of Cloud, APIs and DevOps.
3. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
4. Ability to coordinate across teams for agile development and release schedules.
5. Familiarity with software development and web technologies.
6. Adept at backlog management and prioritization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
2. Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager credentials preferred.
3. 7 – 10+ years of digital project implementation experience preferred.
Travel:
1. Minimal travel (less than 10%).
Work Arrangement:
1. Hybrid.
