Relief Health Care Assistants
to join our team at
Dundalk Care Centre, Co. Louth

You'll Fit In Perfectly If You
* Have a warm, empathetic personality and strong communication skills
* Want to work in a meaningful, person-centred environment
* Are flexible, dependable, and happy to step in when needed
* Hold a FETAC Level 5 qualification in Care of the Elderly (preferred)
* Have Manual Handling and Patient Moving training
* Bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar care role (preferred)
About The Role
What You'll Do
As a
Relief Health Care Assistant
, you'll support our team during busy periods, absences, or holidays, ensuring continuity of care and the highest standard of support for our residents.
In This Role, You Will
* Follow personalised care plans that promote independence and dignity
* Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, mobility, and meals
* Create a warm, homely environment that responds to individual needs
* Collaborate with nurses and fellow carers to deliver holistic care
* Help residents feel seen, heard, and supported in meaningful ways
