We are seeking a motivated
Casino Marketing Manager
with
approximately two years' marketing experience
to support growth across
Playland Casino
and
Amusement City Casino
, two of Dublin's leading gaming and entertainment venues. This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded marketer with a strong interest in
social media, loyalty programs, CRM, and customer engagement
.
Key responsibilities
* Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to increase footfall, customer registrations, and repeat visits
* Manage and develop
casino loyalty programs
, including member offers, promotions, and VIP communications
* Execute
social media marketing
across
Instagram and Facebook
, including content and promotional activity
* Deliver
direct marketing campaigns
via
SMS, WhatsApp, and email
* Support in-venue promotions, tournaments, and events across both locations
* Work with local partners to drive awareness and referrals
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity based on results
* Ensure all marketing activity complies with
responsible gaming
and brand standards
Candidate profile
* Approximately two years' experience
in a marketing role (hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or gaming preferred)
* Experience managing
social media platforms
(Instagram & Facebook)
* Familiarity with
SMS, WhatsApp, and CRM-based marketing
* Strong interest in
customer retention, loyalty, and promotional marketing
* Well organised, creative, and commercially aware
* Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and promotions
