The Role
Main Responsibilities:
* To build a personal book of business with all clients in Galway and the wider region.
* Predominantly focusing on a STEM-specialist desk for Permanent and Temporary positions.
* To meet or exceed target fees and KPIs through the development of long-term client relationships.
* To source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and employer branding.
* To develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
* To identify new business opportunities within the region by researching market trends and attending industry events.
* To take ownership for personal and professional development.
* To lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
* To contribute positively to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification, and develop client relations.
* To manage recruitment administration tasks, including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding processes which align to the client.
Skills Required
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a 360-recruitment agency role.
* Strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets.
* A proactive person who can spot an opportunity and action it without instruction.
* Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills.
* Ability to multitask and be delivery focused.
* Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude.
* Customer centric.
* Proficient in working off own initiative.
* Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
