Post Summary
The postholder will work collaboratively with the wider TAP team, leading in-depth research, overseeing the systematic collection and analysis of data, and formulating data-driven policy recommendations. The coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing research and evaluation programmes supporting TAP's strategic objectives. The role involves translating research findings into actionable policy ideas and initiatives, driving the implementation of evidence-based strategies to foster equitable educational access through Trinity Access Programmes.
Post status: Specific Purpose Contract
This contract is for conducting and delivering research evaluations, reports, and academic papers related to TAP's activities, as outlined in the TAP research workplan and linked to the TAP Research & Policy plan. The work involves evaluating and reviewing TAP programmes and completing longitudinal research in schools outreach. The work is finite, and employment is not permanent.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Salary: Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€46,410 - €58,086 per annum), in line with current Government pay policy. Payment is made monthly or weekly.
