You will collaborate closely with the kitchen and sommelier team, guiding guests through their dining journey with charm, knowledge, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective and smooth operation of your allocated station throughout Breakfast, Afternoon Tea & Dinner Services.
Good level of product knowledge regarding all menu items, hotel facilities and services.
Food & Wine service in line with Relais & Chateaux and Park Hotel Kenmare's five-star standards of service.
Anticipate Guest requirements in a positive and professional manner.
Daily Restaurant Set up and presentation.
Preparing daily mis en place.
Cleaning and polishing duties.
