We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.


Job Description

* Manage the day-to-day activities of various departments within the hotel.
* E nsure that all areas of the hotel are open, staffed, and ready for guests.
* Complete a daily checklist and provide reports as necessary.
* Monitor security and maintenance needs across the hotel and grounds.
* Lead morning briefings and communicate with staff regarding VIP needs or issues.

* Monitor hotel and grounds security and maintenance needs.
* Lead daily morning briefings and communicate VIP needs or issues.

* Operational efficiency of hotel departments.
* Guest satisfaction ratings.
* Staff performance and productivity.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
