Overview of role
UPMC Ireland have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR Team.
This role will be based in our HR Shared Service Centre in the Kilkenny office.
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting regionally across all UPMC locations.
The ideal candidate will help scale and continue growth, with a strong focus on direct hiring and improving candidate experience.
The position is onsite based with hybrid working options available.
The successful candidate will report to our Senior Talent Acquisition Lead.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with internal hiring managers to provide effective full-cycle recruitment.
Sourcing potential employees domestically and internationally via professional network, social media, our in-house ATS Cornerstone HR Direct and external recruitment partners where necessary.
Ensure vacancies are promoted effectively to reach multiple pools of diverse talent.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle and process, including resume screening and interviewing to determine cultural fit.
Drive the offer process in conjunction with hiring manager, compensation team and HR teams.
Represent the organisation at job fairs and recruiting events.
Partner with our Director of Human Resources and broader HR Business Partner team on the people function goals.
Support talent management initiatives in partnership with the broader HR team as required.
Support the employee onboarding process development and delivery.
Liaise with recruitment agency vendors and preferred supplier panels.
Handle global mobility and relocation; source and manage overseas talent.
Qualifications & Experience
At least 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in health sector.
Relationship building and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate with strong personalities.
Attention to detail & analytical capabilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
IT skills – proficiency in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Tool and ATS such as Cornerstone, Workday, Greenhouse, Occupop or similar.
Boolean search techniques.
Experience with infographics/organisational structures/workflow productions.
Access to Clockwise, Cornerstone or People XD Access Time & Attendance system.
Person Specification
Degree or master's in human resources or related discipline desirable.
Chartered CIPD membership is an advantage.
Healthcare sector experience is a distinct advantage.
