Bard na nGleann Teo.( Bárd), an award- winning company with more than 25 years of experience of managed services for the technology sector, is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager. This senior leadership role will drive long-term export-led growth by building international client pipelines, forming key strategic partnerships, and embedding scalable commercial systems.
Location: Ireland (Hybrid), with up to four U.S. market development trips per year.

Foundation and strategy design
* Strategic market discovery
* Commercial capability development
* Export pipeline creation
* Initial strategic partnerships
Execution, optimization, and scale
* Go-to-market (GTM) activation
* Secure export revenue from business development led initiatives
* Partnership maturity
* Optimise pipeline velocity, targeting, and return on investment (ROI) tracking
Experience:
* 5+ years in B2B technology or consulting with 3+ years in strategic business development, ideally in the technology/documentation sector
* Proven success in entering new markets (preferably including U.S. or UK)
* Ability to design and deliver market-entry strategies and strategic partnerships
* Strong consultative engagement skills with executive-level stakeholders
* Experienced in using PipeDrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and market analysis tools
* Strategic mindset, structured planner, and aligned to collaborative, human-first culture
