DVS Development Ltd. a leading specialist internal fit-out contractor, is seeking an experienced
Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
to join our growing commercial team.
You will work on
hyper-scale data centre projects
, managing commercial activities from
tender through construction to final account
, within a technically demanding and fast-paced environment.
The Role
* Full commercial involvement across the project lifecycle
* Preparation of detailed cost plans, take-offs, and tender submissions
* Pricing specialist architectural fit-out packages
* Commercial management of live projects, including cost control and forecasting
* Measurement, valuation, and agreement of variations
* Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts
* Collaboration with Project Managers, Site Teams, Technical, BIM, and Procurement
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
* Proven experience as a Project QS with strong estimating capability
* Background in architectural fit-out or specialist subcontracting
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
