Key Responsibilities
 * Assist in preparing full precast frame quotations.
 * Monitor live projects and track financial performance.
 * Submit monthly applications to clients for valuations and payments.
 * Liaise with internal departments on project-related issues and variations.
 * Support in identifying, managing, and negotiating project variations.
 * Ensure accuracy in cost reporting and contract management.
Skills & Experience Required
 * Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
 * 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying (construction or precast manufacturing desirable).
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 * Experience with Cubit Estimating Software is an advantage but not essential.
