Construction Project Manager Position
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction project delivery.
* A degree in construction, engineering, quantity surveying or architecture is required.
* At least three to five years of experience in managing construction projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Main Responsibilities:
Represent the client's interests on construction projects.
Liaise with design teams, contractors, local authorities and funders to ensure compliance with planning regulations, building control and funding requirements.
Monitor project budgets, timelines and quality.
Reporting Requirements:
Provide regular reporting and updates to the development manager and board.
