Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - National Team Lead
The role of a Senior Sales Manager involves leading a national team of sales professionals. This is a senior-level position that requires experience in managing and developing a geographically dispersed sales team.
• Manage and support a national sales team to deliver against ambitious revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain detailed sales reports and pipeline updates for the General Manager.
• Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to drive efficiency and conversion.
• Coordinate closely with marketing on lead generation activities and campaign outcomes.
• Set and monitor KPIs for individual team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure full and effective use of the CRM system for pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
A relevant degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a B2C setting. Demonstrated success in managing and developing a geographically dispersed sales team. Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including closing strategies and pipeline management. Proven ability to analyse trends, interpret data, and produce actionable insights. Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and reporting tools. Commercially driven, with the ability to align team performance to wider business objectives. Flexible and comfortable with national travel when required.
