Head of Marketing – Athleisure
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Marketing to join a well‑recognised fashion retailer and brand, based at their Dublin head office.
The candidate must come from a senior marketing role within fashion and with exposure to global markets.
The business has a strong omnichannel presence, combining a growing online operation with physical stores, and is stocked by over 80 retailers across Ireland and the UK.
This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end Head of Marketing role, responsible for owning how the brand shows up in the market, how customers are acquired efficiently, and how marketing investment translates into measurable commercial growth.
As Head of Marketing you will lead marketing strategy and execution across the business, collaborating closely with a lean internal team and trusted external partners.
The role requires someone who can make clear, data‑driven trade‑offs across priorities, channels, and spend to drive meaningful impact.
This is an ideal opportunity for a marketer who is equally comfortable setting direction at a strategic level and also rolling up their sleeves to deliver.
This job is not suited if you prefer strategy without the responsibility of the execution.
The role suits someone who:
Has experience working with a globally recognised fashion brand
Values autonomy, pace, an ownership
Enjoys building and improving rather than managing large structures
Is commercially minded and pragmatic
