What You'll Be Doing:
* Inspire & Lead - Motivate a dedicated team to deliver five-star treatments and customer experiences.
* Operational Excellence - Assist in the smooth running of the spa, ensuring high standards are met at all times.
* Strategic Planning - Work closely with the Spa Manager to develop goals, policies, and long-term strategies for growth.
* Marketing & Business Development - Identify new opportunities to attract clients, build partnerships, and promote spa programs.
* Sales & Revenue Growth - Manage retail products, pricing, and customized spa packages to maximize sales.
* Team Management - Oversee scheduling, payroll, performance development, and training for the spa team.
* Brand Ambassador - Maintain strong relationships with vendors, stay ahead of industry trends, and ensure the spa remains a market leader.
What We're Looking For:
* Relevant Spa Therapist Qualification (Essential)
* Experience in spa operations, hospitality, or wellness industries.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
* Sales, marketing, and event experience within the spa industry.
* Knowledge of spa treatments, retail products, and wellness trends.
* Proficiency in IT systems is a plus.
