We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Cavan town.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in HR at Administrator level or above, ideally in a manufacturing/operational environment.
* Previous experience working in HR at Administrator level or above
* A Human Resources or equivalent third-level qualification
* CIPD Qualified preferred
In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR expertise and support in all areas of the employee lifecycle.
Your duties will include:
1. Building effective relationships with stakeholders and becoming a trusted advisor
2. Proactively working to build people management capability across the site management team
3. Managing Employee Relations cases end-to-end
4. Producing weekly and monthly HR metrics
5. Undertaking weekly/monthly/annual checks on absence triggers, probation reviews, length of service awards etc.
