Quality Assurance Manager
This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization's quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards across all locations. Key responsibilities include:
* Implementation and maintenance of the quality management system
* Development of project-specific Project Quality Plans (PQPs)
* Creation of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) documents
* Development of Quality Control (QC) Test Packs
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of implementing effective quality management systems. They will be responsible for promoting LEAN construction processes and tools throughout the organization, as well as providing continuous QMS Training and Support.
In addition to these responsibilities, this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
