Job Opportunity:
The role of Team Lead involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Customer Service and Delivery Centre. This includes managing resources, leading a team of delivery drivers, warehouse teams, and support colleagues to meet targets.
You will provide regular performance feedback, work closely with internal and external departments to ensure smooth-running operations, communicate with and deputise for Operations Manager, and create a safe working environment adhering to health and safety policies.
As a mentor, you will focus on developing your team to achieve customer-focused results. You will need to have experience of leading teams, applying leadership styles, techniques, and coaching methods.
A strong track record of developing teams is essential, as well as excellent organisational skills to implement plans, prioritise workloads, and translate goals into actionable outcomes.
This role would suit someone with experience in logistics or transport management.
