Position Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the product team's vision for our fraud, risk, and compliance platform. Your primary focus will be on providing the analysis and insights that inform our strategic decisions. What youll do: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, data, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements, ensuring they are aligned with the product teams vision and business goals. Provide detailed, data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, trends, and the impact of proposed changes to stakeholders. Utilize statistical and quantitative analysis to provide objective assessments of business performance and support the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with relevant stakeholders and product team members to define detailed project scopes, objectives, and deliverables based on the product roadmap. Act as the subject matter expert on business processes and rules, supporting the development team and quality assurance efforts to ensure the final product meets all requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the business and translate them into actionable requirements for the development team. Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute to the development and execution of the overall business strategy. What we need from you: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience as a business analyst with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and project management software. Solid understanding of business processes, financial principles, and market dynamics. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and drive innovation.
