BenchMark are currently looking for a Part-Qualified Accountant with tax experience/Tax Semi-Senior to join one of Irelands most prominent Accountancy Firms. It would be an ideal role for an ambitious part-qualified accountant with 1-2 years' experience in tax, with a view to moving into a Senior role with the practice once fully qualified.
The Role:
* Assisting in the management of a mixed portfolio of clients.
* Manage a portfolio of personal and corporate income tax clients including preparation of tax computations and returns and ensuring clients' returns and tax payments are correct and filed on time.
* Providing timely and accurate information to clients on ongoing tax issues.
* Research in relation to client taxation issues.
* Conducting tax audits on client premises.
Requirements:
* 2 years' experience working in practice. This may suit someone with experience working in a practice looking to specialise in tax.
* A good understanding and knowledge of personal tax and relevant legislation.
