We’re seeking aTalent Acquisition Manager to drive strategy, elevate our employer brand, and deliver a first‑class recruitment experience across a 2,000–3,000 strong organisation.
This is not a “tick-the-box” role. You’ll have the scope to shape how we attract, select, and retain talent — partnering with senior stakeholders, analysing data to influence decision‑making, and embedding our Employee Value Proposition at every stage of the journey.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead and implement a recruitment strategy aligned to current and future business needs.
* Partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues to identify workforce gaps and deliver timely solutions.
* Enhance ouremployer brand & EVP, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional talent.
* Use data and analytics to report on hiring trends, improve processes, and influence outcomes.
* Deliver a seamless end‑to‑end candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Innovate — from job design, proactive sourcing, and interview skills training to process enhancements and onboarding initiatives.
What we’re looking for
* HR qualification with 3+ years’ recruitment experience (in‑house or large, complex settings).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
* Proven experience working in a highly process‑driven environment.
* Analytical mindset — confident using data to tell the story and drive decisions.
* Resilience, organisation, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
