We are seeking a professional Staff Nurse to collaborate with the Nurse Manager & Director of Nursing in our nursing home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, working within HIQA regulations and ensuring a consistently strong standard of care is maintained. Key responsibilities include day-to-day supervision of staff, coordinating resident activities and implementing policies and procedures.
The successful candidate must possess excellent clinical, leadership and organisational skills as well as being able to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents alike. A keen interest in elderly care is essential along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
