We're looking for a dynamic, passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Agency team.
You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and long term relationships.
This position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, a passion for growing revenue, and desire to help shape and scale solutions to support and grow SMB agencies in the Spanish market.
1. Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies in the Spanish market.
Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.
2. Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools.
Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.
3. Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.

Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications: - Proven experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience.
- High oral and written fluency in Romanian, is required, as the role involves direct client communication across the Romanian market served by the business - Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.
- Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders while prioritizing and managing a client portfolio, tasks, and projects within a fast paced environment Preferred Qualifications: - Solid knowledge of online advertising fundamentals (campaign setup, optimisation, KPIs).
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business with the ability to identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities - Entrepreneurial mindset - able to think strategically, adapt quickly, and deliver results in a scaling organisation.
