Our Client is a large Professional Services Firm based in Dublin 1 and has a vacancy for a HR Generalist. This is a broad based HR Generalist role where the successful candidate will be working on a range of operational HR issues. The role will include various projects as part of the continuous improvement process. This is a 12 month contract.
Salary : €55k

Total Package: Worth up to €70k
The Role:
* Preparing contracts of employment and new hire documentation.
* Managing the starter and leaver process.
* Managing the client secondment process.
* Maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance.
* Involved in disciplinary and grievance case management and HR policy management.
* Co-ordinating the Employee Assistance Programme.
* Advising on all leave management queries.
* Managing monthly payroll adjustments.
* Supporting the HR Manager on various department projects.
* Providing robust reporting, data analysis and the management of data integrity.
* Building strong relationships and providing a high level of expert client service across the firm.
The Person:
* You are a graduate in HR or Business (ideally CIPD qualified) with 3 years’ experience at Generalist Level
* You have good IT skills and a knowledge of HR databases.
* You are a relationship builder with a highly collaborative approach.
* You display strong attention to detail and good reporting and analytical skills.
* You are an excellent communicator.
