Job Description
WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
1. Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the kitchen operation across the whole site and ensure the company’s reputation for food quality is always maintained.
2. Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Manager.
3. Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends, and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts across locations including TreatyStone Restaurant, contractors canteen, and Building 19 Restaurant.
4. Ensure the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
1. Leaving Cert level education or above.
2. NVQ qualification or equivalent.
3. Successful progressive background in catering in large-scale kitchens.
4. Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service.
5. Flair and innovation with menus and food presentation.
6. Must currently be in Ireland.
7. Good written and spoken English.
8. Full driving license is an advantage.
