As a Divisional Director, you'll lead a diverse team of Quantity Surveyors across all levels and play a senior role within the business. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people and deliver the highest standards on some of the most exciting construction projects across Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Residential, and Cultural sectors throughout the country.This role is based in Dublin, with occasional travel (1–2 times per month for 1–2 days at a time).Key Responsibilities RequirementsRelevant third-level qualification.6+ years' experience across a wide range of sectors.Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.Experience in Data Centre development, construction, and design is highly advantageous.Completed basic management and effective team training; proficient in technical delivery and management.Excellent communicator and recognised leader within the organisation.Lead marketing efforts for your sub-sector(s), manage client accounts, and oversee the financial performance of your cost centre/projects.Experienced in estimation, tendering, procurement, reporting, analysis, and final accounts.QS experience in other regions is an advantage but not essential.Strong client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.Life at Mitchell McDermottWe are an independent, progressive, forward-thinking company that thinks differently.
